double shooting:
WHO:
When I need a second camera I call my sister, Christine Alexander. I trust her implicitly, not only to take stunning photos with me, but to provide great styling, critique, and inspiration.
WHAT:
A double-shoot means I bring a second photographer on location with me. It's a great way to get a wide range of shots. Double the cameras means double the angles, double the creativity, and most importantly, double the photos!
WHEN:
I like to double-up cameras for a shoot that holds lasting weight (e.g. engagement, surprise party, wedding). Anytime you're going to want a lot of results or a collection that has variety.
WHY:
Having two cameras on location provides endless possibilities: With one camera on higher ground, you get two views of the same great scene; one camera can get detailed closeups while the other is getting a wider perspective; you can even choose to have one camera shoot entirely in black & white!
